1. The organization and maintenance of physical and electronic accounting, tax files and payroll files, which must be kept at the company’s headquarters
2. Indication, direction and reminders of deadlines, which concern the tax liabilities of the company towards the tax authorities
3. Monthly balance of the general ledger and balance of the grade accounts
4. Monthly control of banking transactions
5. Management of payroll issues, such us coordinating annual leaves.
